Doddridge County Public Service District
The Doddridge County Public Service District currently has two waterline extensions in service and two scheduled for future construction. If you live in the Snowbird or Blandville communities please call the Town of West Union at 304-873-1400 to apply. If you live in one of the areas scheduled for construction and are interested in receiving water service, please click the Apply for Service button to download an application. Snowbird Community
Completed in 2018, this waterline extension serves the entire length of Snowbird Road, from the Doddridge County Health Department to Route 18. If you live in this area and would like water service, please call the Town of West Union to sign up at
304-873-1400.
Blandville Community
Completed in 2022, this waterline extension serves Route 18 South from the Route 50 Intersection near West Union to Eibs Camp in Blandville. If you live in this area and would like water service, please call the Town of West Union to sign up at 304-873-1400.
Buckeye, Tarkiln & Rt. 23
Scheduled for construction in 2025, this waterline extension will serve:​
